MESSAGE FROM THE PRINCIPAL

Following on from our Good Ofsted inspection in 2020 and after consulting with  stakeholders in 2021, we changed our name to The Elms Academy in September 2022.  The name change reflects not only the academy's location on Elms Road, but more importantly, our changing vision and values along with our recent successes and achievements.

We are always looking to appoint enthusiastic and talented staff who relish the opportunity to be involved in making The Elms Academy and themselves outstanding.  You will work in a fast-paced and innovative environment, and make a significant difference to the lives of young people.

All successful applicants will be required to undergo an enhanced Criminal Records Bureau check and will be expected to submit the names of two referees who will be able to provide acceptable references. One of these must be a current (or last) employer or current education institution if this is your first post.
